^Navigating 2023 with Phillip Singapore Real Estate Income Fund
In Singapore, inflation hit an alarming 6.7% in November 2022 while core inflation remained unchanged at 5.1%. This has raised optimism that MAS will not make any off-cycle move before the scheduled monetary policy statement slated for release in April 2023. The reopening of China’s borders will likely see an influx of Chinese tourists and boost the appeals of Retail and Hospitality sectors.

Phillip Singapore Real Estate Income Fund aims to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through investing in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) listed in Singapore. The fund invests directly or indirectly into REITs listed in Singapore, including warrants, bonds and convertible bonds issued by the REITs.
