^Are REITs Still Relevant In A Recessionary Market?
In Singapore, core Inflation rose to 5.1% in August, which is closing on a 14 year high since 2008. It is highly likely for MAS to look into tightening monetary policies at the October meeting as it strengthened the Singapore dollar to combat the fast pace of inflation. This is the third time since October last year and January this year in anticipation of rising inflation.

Phillip Singapore Real Estate Income Fund aims to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through investing in REITs listed in Singapore. The fund invests directly or indirectly into REITs listed in Singapore, which include warrants, bonds and convertible bonds issued by the REITs.

Through this webinar, investors will gain a better understanding of REIT investment in Singapore, the different types of REITs in Singapore and the sectors that they are focusing on. The audience will also be able to understand how REIT investment will help them to fight recession.
